This year marks the first year of operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Faced with surging investment enthusiasm, Hainan has proposed strengthening its project reserves, optimizing existing enterprises, and improving services throughout the entire enterprise lifecycle. In the first week of the new year, Hainan selected nearly 100 high-quality projects, including low-altitude economy and urban renewal, for presentation to private capital and organized on-site investigations by relevant personnel.
Accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system, Hebei Province has launched a new action plan at the beginning of the year to further implement the "Artificial Intelligence+" initiative. In the future, the province's intelligent computing power will account for more than 50% of its total output, and the number of enterprises using cloud computing will exceed 150,000.
Sichuan has proposed a digital transformation of all industries, launching a quality improvement and doubling action for six major industries, including electronic information, equipment manufacturing, and advanced materials.
This year, Shandong will accelerate its green and low-carbon transformation with greater efforts, planning to complete approximately 210 billion yuan of investment in nuclear power, wind power and other projects throughout the year; and cultivate new growth points such as hydrogen energy and green fuels.
Guangdong is focusing on building a comprehensive manufacturing empowerment system, using artificial intelligence as the core engine, to create more than 200 smart factories; and implementing "chain transformation" for 30 to 50 key traditional industries to promote the revitalization and upgrading of traditional industries.

At the beginning of the new year, Hubei Province launched three major initiatives—cultivation, selection, and application—to develop 36 key scientific and technological innovation achievements across the entire technology innovation chain, focusing on key areas such as humanoid robots and quantum technology. The goal is to generate a number of major scientific and technological achievements that are "first-of-their-kind, pioneering, and innovative."
Shaanxi is promoting 20 reform measures for scientific and technological achievements, such as "investment before equity" and "use before payment," and plans to promote the commercialization and mass production of 300 new scientific and technological products this year.
Heilongjiang has designated this year as the "Year of Breakthrough in Deepening the Industrialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements," and is making overall progress in tackling key core technologies such as artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing, and accelerating the transformation of innovative achievements.
