[Theory in China] Deepening Party Spirit Training Through "Three Integrations"

2026-02-04 21:34:22 · · #1

General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized that Party education should guide Party members and cadres to "put themselves, their responsibilities, and their work into the process." This "three-pronged approach" is not only an important methodology but also a touchstone for testing the effectiveness of Party principles and practical application. Currently, at a crucial juncture when the entire Party is deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and striving to embark on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects, it is of great significance for Party members and cadres to profoundly understand and consciously practice the "three-pronged approach," to cultivate strong Party spirit, and to dare to take responsibility and act. This is essential for ensuring that all tasks and deployments on the new journey are fully implemented.

By examining themselves, Party members and cadres can temper their Party spirit through self-reflection. Their Party spirit is directly related to the Party's governing capacity and leadership level. This self-examination requires Party members and cadres to proactively compare themselves to the latest achievements of the Party's innovative theories and to the Party Constitution, regulations, and discipline, deeply examining their own shortcomings in political judgment, political understanding, and political execution, and using the spirit of self-revolution to sweep away ideological dust and purify their minds. It is essential to closely integrate this with centralized Party education, continuously enhancing political, ideological, theoretical, and emotional identification with the Party's innovative theories, ensuring that political clarity and steadfastness are maintained at all times and under all circumstances. They must "examine themselves three times a day," regularly conducting ideological and political self-examination, constantly questioning and safeguarding their original aspirations.

We must integrate our responsibilities into our work and demonstrate our commitment through diligent performance. The current international situation is complex and volatile, and the tasks of domestic reform, development, and stability are arduous and demanding. Integrating our responsibilities requires Party members and cadres to deeply understand the important role their positions play in serving the overall development of the country, and to always keep the nation's interests at heart. We must firmly establish correct views on power, performance, and career, and truly fulfill our responsibilities in safeguarding our territory. We must focus on the tasks of reform, development, and stability, demonstrating the pioneering spirit to overcome all obstacles, and promoting high-quality development with tangible results through creative work. We must dare to take responsibility, daring to speak out on major issues of principle, daring to face difficulties head-on, daring to step forward in times of crisis, and daring to resolutely fight against unhealthy tendencies, continuously creating achievements that can withstand the test of history through practical action and dedication.

We must integrate our work into our practice, forging ahead with pragmatism and dedication. The effectiveness of our learning and education should be reflected in promoting our work and solving practical problems. Integrating our work into our practice requires Party members and cadres to adhere to goal-oriented and results-oriented approaches, closely linking their work with real-world situations to solve various difficulties and promote high-quality development. We must guide our practice with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, ensuring that all decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee are effectively implemented. We must firmly establish a people-centered development philosophy, adhering to the principle of "from the masses, to the masses," truly taking the people's voices as the primary signal, their needs as the primary choice, and their satisfaction as the primary standard. We must wholeheartedly and diligently address the urgent needs and concerns of the people, making their sense of gain, happiness, and security more substantial, more guaranteed, and more sustainable.

The "three integrations" are interconnected and organically unified, serving as an important path for Party members and cadres to conduct self-revolution and enhance their capabilities and understanding. On the new journey, the vast majority of Party members and cadres must continuously strengthen their awareness of "integrating" these elements, sweeping away ideological dust, cultivating a strong work style, and improving their ability to perform their duties with a thorough spirit of self-revolution, so as to make greater contributions to comprehensively advancing the construction of a strong nation and the great cause of national rejuvenation through Chinese-style modernization.
