January 12 (Xinhua) -- According to the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the State Council has appointed and removed state personnel.
Jiang Chenghua was appointed as Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations (at the vice-ministerial level) of the Ministry of Commerce; Chang Zheng was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of the China Disabled Persons' Federation; and Shen Bo was appointed as Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
You Liang was removed from his position as Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of the China Disabled Persons' Federation; Tan Jian was removed from his position as Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
