In his congratulatory message, Xi Jinping stated that since the 11th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), the LPRP Central Committee, uniting and leading the Lao people, has actively explored a socialist development path suited to its national conditions, overcoming difficulties and forging ahead, achieving a series of significant accomplishments in advancing Party building, developing the economy, improving people's livelihoods, and expanding foreign exchanges. The successful convening of the 12th LPRP is of great significance for the development of the Lao Party and the socialist cause in Laos, carrying forward past achievements and opening up new prospects. He wished that under the strong leadership of the LPRP Central Committee headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the Lao Party and people would unite as one, continue their struggle, successfully complete all the goals and tasks set forth at the 12th LPRP, continuously create new prospects for the socialist cause in Laos, and bravely advance towards the centenary goal of the Party's founding in 2055.
