January 12 (Xinhua) -- According to the WeChat official account "City Talks," in the year since the State Administration for Market Regulation promoted the free publication of the full text of national standards, the number of downloadable national standards has increased from more than 1,500 to more than 32,000, effectively meeting the needs of enterprises and the public and generating a positive impact.
As of December 31, 2025, the National Standards Full-Text Public Disclosure System received over 100 million page views and over 35 million visitors throughout the year. Online standard readings exceeded 35 million, and standard downloads reached over 24 million, more than 11 times the number in 2024. Economically developed regions ranked among the top in both online standard readings and downloads. Shanghai and Guangdong saw over 4.8 million and 3.3 million online readings respectively, while Beijing, Jiangsu, and Guangdong all saw over 2 million downloads. More than 10,000 national standards had over 1,000 online views and over 800 national standards had over 10,000 downloads throughout the year. Among them, GB/Z 33451—2016 "Spatial Sampling and Statistical Inference of Geographic Information" had 674,000 online views and GB 2894—2025 "Safety Colors and Safety Signs" had 93,000 downloads. Standards related to smart cities, work safety, hazardous chemical safety, and electric bicycle safety continued to have high online views and downloads.
The State Administration for Market Regulation will adhere to the principle of regulation for the people, focus on the practical needs of enterprises and the public, continue to promote the optimization of the national standards disclosure platform, and continuously improve the capacity and level of government services.
