Beijing, January 12 (Reporters Huang Yuqin and Zeng Yue) – Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning hosted a regular press conference on January 12.

China recently issued a notice regarding strengthening export controls on dual-use items to Japan. At the press conference, a reporter asked, "According to reports, the review of export licenses for rare earths to Japan, including those for civilian use, has been suspended. Is the spokesperson aware of this situation?"
