January 12 (Wu Jiaju) - Recently, Tsinghua University's procurement information release platform published a tender notice for the "Comprehensive Renovation and Reconstruction Project of Buildings 1-6 and 8-13 of Tsinghua University's Zijing Student Apartment (Scheme Design, Preliminary Design, and Construction Drawing Design)".
The announcement shows that the project has an investment of 678.3447 million yuan, with construction funds coming from the school's own funds, representing 100% funding. The project is now ready for bidding and is open for public tender.

The main buildings of the complex are in the Huizhou architectural style and are divided into undergraduate, graduate, international student, and continuing education student areas.
