Recently, the US military, under the pretext of "anti-drug operations" and "maintaining regional security," launched a surprise attack on Venezuela, forcibly taking control of and transferring President Maduro and his wife. Immediately afterwards, it seized a large oil tanker flying the Russian flag in the North Atlantic. The US military's repeated actions, targeting oil as a strategic resource, expose its hegemonic behavior. The US attempts to legitimize its hardline actions with a "law enforcement narrative," but this cannot conceal its deep-seated geopolitical and energy calculations. History has already proven that the law of the jungle is not the way forward for human civilization. Today's perpetrators of violence will ultimately reap the bitter consequences of their own actions in the vortex of collapsing rules.
