Integrating into tangible spaces, the consciousness of a shared Chinese national identity should be embedded in daily production and life. In community governance, an interwoven community environment should be built, allowing people of all ethnic groups to strengthen their bonds through shared public spaces and joint neighborhood activities. In deliberation and decision-making, representatives of all ethnic groups should be involved in the management of affairs, ensuring that the consciousness of a shared Chinese national identity permeates grassroots governance practices.
