According to CCTV News (News Broadcast): The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced that by 2025, my country's rural industries will achieve positive results in high-quality development.
The total revenue of agricultural product processing enterprises above designated size nationwide is expected to reach approximately 18 trillion yuan, with the processing and conversion rate of major agricultural products reaching 75%. New industries and business models such as rural leisure tourism and rural e-commerce are continuously expanding, effectively driving local employment for farmers. From January to November, the national rural online retail sales increased by 9.8% year-on-year.
The resilience of rural industrial development has continued to strengthen. A total of 98,000 leading enterprises at the county level and above have been cultivated, along with more than 180 industrial clusters with an output value exceeding 10 billion yuan, nearly 100 industrial parks with an output value exceeding 10 billion yuan, and more than 450 strong industrial towns with an output value exceeding 1 billion yuan. A pattern of concentrated and clustered development of rural characteristic industries has been initially formed.
This year, my country will vigorously develop rural industries that enrich farmers, further implement the three-year action plan to promote the development of agricultural product processing, expand channels and methods for farmers to participate in industrial development, and promote stable income growth for farmers.
