Reporters learned today that the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration) has released 160 national standard samples, covering fields such as industry, agriculture and services. These samples focus on the urgent needs of national strategies and industrial development, and play an important technological leading role in improving product quality, promoting scientific and technological progress, ensuring people's livelihood and safety, and promoting green development.
Focusing on the fundamental and key strategic materials of the national economy, such as steel, non-ferrous metals, and building materials, the addition of standard samples for component analysis will greatly enhance the level of independent research and development, precision smelting, and quality control of related materials.
Based on standard samples of key pollutants such as persistent organic pollutants, heavy metals, and volatile organic compounds in the field of ecological environment, it provides long-term and reliable technical support for the continuous and accurate monitoring and treatment of air, water, and soil environments, provides a "standard answer" for scientific and precise pollution control, and helps to win the battle against pollution.
The newly added qualitative standard samples for Vibrio and viruses will effectively improve detection efficiency, provide key evidence for biotechnology research and development and disease prevention and control, and actively serve the construction of national biosecurity and global public health system.
The release of standard samples for sensory grading and physical characteristics of important agricultural products such as tea and cotton provides physical evidence for establishing a unified and standardized agricultural product quality evaluation system, which helps to promote the development of agricultural standardization and enhance the recognition and competitiveness of agricultural products in domestic and international markets.
