The grassland of Shijiaba Village in Huangjindong Township is also known as Xiangjia Village. It is adjacent to Xiayunba Village and Dajichang Village in Shengjiaba Township, Enshi.
According to legend, in the early years this was a large tract of fertile land that produced tribute rice. Due to its low-lying geographical location, silt was deposited in the stream, and dead trees, fallen leaves, and grass beside the stream gathered at the lower dam and blocked the drainage hole. The drainage blocked a vast area and caused floods, thus forming a natural wetland.
Of course, it is also God's blessing that created this beautiful and wide green grassland today, the "Hulunbuir" in the hearts of us mountain people.
Xiangjia Village Grassland
Surrounded by green mountains, crops and farmland dotted here and there are like brocade on an embroidered robe, full of beautiful scenery. The purple and red green manure flowers are like a warm carpet covering the entire grassland, and the gurgling stream flows through the plains. The fat cattle, ducklings in the river, and countless small grasses, wild flowers, vines, and thorns around make the grassland particularly mythical and beautiful. In recent years, due to the development of rural tourism, this "Sleeping Beauty" that has been sleeping for a long time has been awakened, attracting countless tourists who come here for vacation and leisure, which is a lively and spectacular scene.
