On November 11 local time, a large number of Spanish protesters gathered outside the U.S. Consulate in Barcelona, Spain, to protest the U.S.'s forced control of Venezuelan President Maduro and his wife, as well as its military intervention in Venezuela.
Protester Luis: Now more than ever, we are opposed to the illegal interference of the US government. The US not only invaded Venezuelan territory but also blatantly kidnapped the country's president. This is a serious crime that we will not tolerate.
