This year's exhibition will be held in Hannover, Germany, from June 1st to 6th.
Hendrik Rawe, Global Program Director of the Hannover International Fire Safety Exhibition, explained: “In addition to the two inherent core themes of fire and rescue services, this year’s exhibition has listed the currently hotly debated ‘turning point in civil defense’ as a core topic, hoping that the global industry can work together to address challenges in the field of fire safety such as ‘insufficient early warning coverage,’ ‘lack of disaster reduction strategies,’ and ‘slow post-disaster reconstruction.’ These challenges require not only the use of cutting-edge technologies but also new interdisciplinary and cross-border cooperation from all parties to develop coordinated strategies and reach consensus and adopt unified solutions.”
Liu Guoliang, Managing Director of Hannover Milano Fairs (China) Ltd., stated that this year's Hannover International Fire Safety Exhibition saw record numbers of Chinese companies participating and occupy the largest exhibition space ever. To date, over 180 Chinese companies have submitted applications to participate, requesting 4,500 square meters of exhibition space, covering areas such as fire trucks, firefighting equipment, personal protective equipment, and communication and control systems.
